How can I get Leader Portal access for other administrators or supporters in the school?
Additional school-level administrators and staff who support Hope Squad implementation can request their own Leader Portal access through the School Administrator sign-up page: https://portal.hopesquad.com/Adminsignup
Each person should create their own account using their school or district email address rather than sharing login credentials.
Within Hope Squad, the two primary school leadership roles are:
- Administrators provide system-level leadership for the program. They help ensure Hope Squad has the staffing, referral processes, schoolwide implementation plan, community partnerships, funding, and other supports needed to operate successfully.
- Advisors work directly with Hope Squad Members. They facilitate Member lessons and meetings, mentor students, reinforce role boundaries, and help Members connect peers to appropriate adult support.
The Administrator pathway provides access to implementation, schoolwide, postvention, and sustainability resources. It does not include Hope Squad Member lessons. Staff who will serve as Advisors or need access to Member lessons must complete Certified Hope Squad Advisor Training and receive Advisor access.
