How can we make Hope Squad visible across the school without putting too much responsibility on Members?
Visibility should come from the whole school, not only from individual Members. Use schoolwide lessons, staff messaging, family communication, posters or digital materials, monthly themes, Hope Week, and school-supported activities to reinforce the program. Members can help lead appropriate activities and model help-seeking and inclusion, but adults should handle logistics, safety, communication, and crisis-related responsibilities. Visibility should reinforce that Members are approachable peer connectors, not the school's mental health response team.
