How do I Access my School’s Survey and Mental Health Referral Data?

To receive your school's survey data and mental health referral form data, please send an email to support@hopesquad.com with your name, school, what data you are looking for (pre-survey, post-survey, mental health referral forms, Advisor year-end survey, parent year-end survey, or administrator year-end survey) and for what time period (i.e. 26-27 school year). Please allow up to 5 business days for our team to return that information to you.
