How do we make sure our Hope Squad represents different groups of students in our school?

Use nomination data as a starting point and then intentionally review the final group for representation across grade levels, peer groups, backgrounds, activities, social networks, and other parts of the school community. Adults have discretion to make selections that broaden the Squad's reach beyond the most visible or highly nominated students. The goal is for students across the school to be able to recognize someone on the Squad they could trust or approach.
