How many Advisors should my school have?

Hope Squad recommends at least two Advisors for each Squad so responsibility does not rest on one person, and students have consistent adult support. Schools should also consider backup coverage and succession planning in case of staffing changes. Larger schools or Squads may benefit from additional Advisors based on student numbers, schedules, grade levels, and local capacity.
