How much responsibility should Hope Squad Members have for activities?

Members should have authentic leadership opportunities, but they should not be expected to manage the entire event. Students may help select activities, create materials, promote participation, speak at events, or lead age-appropriate components. Adults should remain responsible for supervision, approvals, finances, safety, sensitive messaging, and other operational requirements.
