Advisors need recurring time for Member meetings, lessons, mentoring, planning, and coordination, while Members participate through scheduled meetings, learning, practice, and schoolwide activities. The most important step is to build Hope Squad into the school calendar instead of relying on staff and students to fit it in around everything else.
