What does successful Hope Squad implementation actually look like at my school?

Successful implementation means Hope Squad is operating as a schoolwide prevention system, not just a student group. The school has trained and supported Advisors, a clear adult referral pathway, thoughtfully selected and prepared Members, schoolwide prevention activities and learning, family and community connection, and a process for reviewing implementation and outcomes each year. Administrators create the conditions for the program to work; Advisors lead the day-to-day Member experience; and students serve as peer leaders who notice, support, and connect peers to trusted adults.
