What happens if an Advisor leaves or can no longer support the program?

The school should identify a replacement as soon as possible and avoid leaving the Squad dependent on a single adult. A new Advisor should complete Certified Hope Squad Advisor Training and be oriented to the school's referral pathway, schedule, Member needs, and current implementation plan. Maintaining at least two Advisors and identifying backup support in advance makes transitions much easier for students and staff.
