What is the administrator’s role in schoolwide activities?

Administrators do not need to personally plan every activity. Their role is to make sure the conditions are in place for activities to succeed, including appropriate time, space, approvals, supervision, staff support, communication, and alignment with school policy. Administrators can also help remove barriers when Advisors or Members have an idea that requires broader school coordination.
