What should we do if meetings, lessons, or activities fall behind?

First protect the parts of the program that are most important to student safety and the core model: Member role clarity, foundational training, referral practice, Advisor support, and a functioning adult pathway to help. Then adjust the calendar, lesson pacing, or activity plan rather than trying to catch up by overwhelming staff or students. Administrators can help by removing scheduling barriers, clarifying priorities, and working with Advisors to create a realistic plan for the remainder of the year.
