Where can I find the Hope Squad Officer Guide?

To find the Hope Squad Officer Guide, follow these steps:

  1. After you login to the Leader Portal, select "I am an Advisor".
  2. Scroll until you see the section called "Member Lessons"  and choose your group of lessons (Elementary School, Junior High School (Middle School), or High School).
  3. Once you've selected your lessons you'll land on the Curriculum Dashboard. On the right side of the page you'll find the 'Advisor Officer Guide' under Quick Links
The guide has been updated as of July 2026 and gives great resources for implementing, structuring, selecting, and planning for Hope Squad Officers as well as templates for Officer Roles.

For additional suggestions on how to handle Hope Squad Officer roles we recommend coming to the monthly Leader Meetups, asking for suggestions in the Leader Community, and/or having your Hope Squad Members attend the monthly National Council Collect Calls.
