Who should plan and lead schoolwide Hope Squad activities?

Hope Squad Members should have meaningful opportunities to help generate ideas, make decisions, and lead appropriate parts of activities. Advisors coach and support that student leadership, while administrators and other school staff help with approvals, logistics, supervision, scheduling, communication, and other responsibilities that require adult ownership.
